Salaam Sayyidi and Salaam everyone,

There have been many VIOLENT Jihad (bloodshed,use of weapons etc.) during the time of the Prophet.
I was wondering WHO are supposed to participate in VIOLENT Jihad?

And AGAINST WHOM?

And for WHAT PURPOSE/INTENTION?
